Two very different ways to get a real wood fire
The modern route is a zero-clearance, EPA-certified wood fireplace — think Regency's Grandview G600C, the radiant unit that kept people warm through Helene, or Superior's WRT4500 if you want EPA wood-burning without a premium price tag — installed in a framed chase with a Class A chimney. It burns real wood, looks fully built-in, and a typical job takes two to three days.
The traditional route is site-built masonry. For those, we partner with masons who handle the stone and block while we handle the technical fire-and-heat side — firebox, flue sizing, clearances. It's beautiful, it's permanent, and it's a premium of both money and calendar over the zero-clearance path.
