A lot of Mills River properties run on propane rather than a gas main, and that's no obstacle — the Napoleon Uptown pit we carry is built for 60,000 BTU on LP, real warmth for a wide-open valley evening. The tank itself is coordinated with your propane supplier; we handle the regulator, the buried outdoor-rated line, and the appliance setup as licensed work.
Timing, wood, and the permit
Book the gas-line and pit work in late spring and it's ready before your entertaining season, not during it. If genuine campfires are your thing, a wood pit costs less and needs no fuel line, and we build them.
