Disconnect a portable propane cylinder and stand it upright outdoors; on a hard-plumbed line, close the appliance valve and leave the piping to us.

All that moisture is what cracks crowns, spalls brick and rusts dampers on the chimneys around here — and it does the same quiet damage inside a fire-pit burner pan.

Cabins and crawl spaces run propane
Downtown Brevard has hard-plumbed pits, but the mountain cabins around Connestee Falls, Sherwood Forest and out toward Pisgah Forest lean on propane. A portable tank comes off, gets capped, and stands upright outside; a buried-tank or hard-plumbed pit just needs its appliance shutoff closed.
That gas connection is licensed work in NC — we permit it with Transylvania County and pressure-test what we run, so capping or reworking a line is ours, not a landscaper's.
Dry it, cover it, check it
