A propane fireplace burns hotter per unit than natural gas and needs its orifices and pressures set correctly, so the annual visit verifies the regulator, tests LP pressure, and confirms the burner is not running rich and sooting the glass. The wettest corner we serve
Brevard sits under some of the heaviest rainfall in Western North Carolina, and it shows up in the hearth. Crawl spaces and chimney chases stay damp, crowns crack, brick spalls, and dampers rust — the wet season from March through June is especially hard on any vented appliance.
