We pull the Jackson County permit and meet the inspector, and the stove's data tag has to carry the mobile/manufactured-home listing before we go further. Historic Dillsboro's older homes nearby lean on masonry chimneys, but a single-wide can't follow that playbook — it needs outside combustion air, or an airtight home can pull smoke back down the flue.
