Yes — Napoleon fireplaces and Napoleon grills are the same company, Wolf Steel Ltd., the family-owned Canadian manufacturer based in Barrie, Ontario. They started in hearth products in 1976 and later expanded into grills and outdoor cooking. Same brand, same company, two product divisions.
