When is the best time to schedule a fireplace installation?
In Brevard, rain writes the schedule. We'd rather flash a roof penetration or cut a sidewall vent in the dry months than race a front coming over the ridge in April. The wet season does have one use: it's the right time for the free in-home assessment, so the equipment decision, the quote, and the Transylvania County permit are already settled when the dry window opens.
