Fuel is the fork in the road on a Brevard job, and it's not always obvious from the driveway. Downtown blocks may reach a gas main, while a cabin out toward Connestee Falls or Sherwood Forest almost certainly runs propane — which burns hotter per unit and needs different orifices and pressures than natural gas. Set it up wrong and the unit soots. Getting that right is exactly why we come look before quoting, and why a propane-country appliance like a Kozy Heat is often the honest call for a cabin. The assessment settles your fuel, and it costs nothing.
