Do I need an appointment to visit a fireplace showroom?

No appointment needed — drop by our Asheville showroom at 629 Emma Rd, Monday through Friday, 8 to 5. That said, a quick call to (828) 545-0525 first means someone who knows the lineup is ready to walk you through the lit displays and answer the gas-versus-wood questions without you waiting around.

Walk-ins are welcome

You don't need to schedule anything to come look. Our showroom is open regular business hours, and browsing is exactly what it's there for — fireplaces displayed and running so you can see flame height, log realism, and how much heat rolls off before you commit to anything.

There's no cart and nothing to buy off the floor; the showroom is where you compare options in person, then we quote and professionally install. Come get ideas, ask questions, and stand in front of a few before you narrow it down.

Why calling ahead still helps

A quick heads-up on the phone means we can have the right person ready — someone who can talk through your specific home, your fuel, and whether a direct-vent gas unit, a wood insert, or an electric wall-mount fits what you're after. It also lets us confirm a lit display of whatever you're most curious about.

If you already know you want a quote, calling ahead lets us line up a free in-home assessment while you're here, so you leave with a plan instead of just a favorite. It saves a second trip.

What to bring for a productive visit

You'll get more out of the trip with a couple of phone photos of the room and the wall where the fireplace is going, plus rough measurements of the opening or space. It helps us tell you quickly what's realistic for that spot.

Knowing whether you're on natural gas or propane is a bonus, but not required — that's part of what our assessment sorts out. Come as you are; the showroom's the easy first step. Call (828) 545-0525 or just stop in.

Still deciding? Talk to a real installer.
