A limited lifetime warranty doesn't mean everything is covered forever. On a Heatilator, the firebox and certain structural castings get the longest coverage, while the moving and electronic parts — valve, blower, ignition module, glass — carry shorter terms. Consumables and labor typically aren't covered by the factory at all.
