Majestic gas fireplaces come with a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty on the firebox and burner, with shorter terms on the valve, ignition electronics, blower, and glass — coverage varies by model. Every Majestic we install also carries our own workmanship guarantee on top of the factory warranty.
The tiers hidden inside one warranty
People hear 'limited lifetime' and assume the whole unit is covered forever. In practice it's tiered: the structural firebox and burner get the longest protection, the electronic and moving parts — valve, IntelliFire ignition, blower, glass — get shorter terms, and consumables and labor generally fall outside the factory warranty.
Majestic is the line with modern shapes that still lean traditional — think a linear box with a real split-oak log set and app control, like the Meridian 42. Good bones, and warranted accordingly.
Register it, install it right, service it yearly
