What 'FullView' actually means
The name is literal. Mendota designed the FullView series to get everything out from between you and the fire — no louvered grilles across the top or bottom, no chunky frame breaking up the glass. You look straight into a deep, realistic fire. Combine that clean view with Mendota's hand-cast ceramic-fiber logs and glowing ember bed, and you get a gas fireplace that genuinely reads as burning wood from across the room.
The FV41 up close
The FullView FV41 is the model we show most. It's 41 inches wide, runs around 40,000 BTU on propane, and it's built to be the centerpiece of a room rather than a supplemental heater tucked in a corner. That size and output make it a natural fit for the big-volume great rooms in timber-frame and mountain-modern homes — the kind we see around Cashiers, Lake Toxaway, and Brevard.
It's a luxury piece and priced like one, but if the fireplace is the reason the room is laid out the way it is, that's exactly where the money belongs.

And because it's a gas unit, the install includes the licensed work only a gas contractor can legally do in NC — running and pressure-testing the line, pulling the permit, meeting the inspector. We handle the appliance, the venting, and the fuel as one company.
