When a range, dryer, water heater, or furnace share the fuel, 500 gallons keeps peak demand from starving the fireplace.
Transylvania rain changes tank and regulator placement
Brevard sees 80-plus inches of rain a year, with a long wet season, and standing moisture is hard on outdoor gas equipment — it rusts fittings and can foul an exposed regulator. Where the tank goes, how the regulator's shielded, and how the buried line is protected all matter more here than in a dry climate.
