Propane-only means one more party to coordinate
There are no gas mains up here — every gas hearth in Maggie Valley runs on propane. We spec the appliance for LP from day one, run and pressure-test the piping, and set the regulator as the licensed gas contractor, while your supplier coordinates the tank.
