Gas, wood, or hybrid

Which oven you pick decides our role. A gas-fired oven we plumb like any other appliance — line, regulator, shutoff, test, permit. A wood-fired oven has no gas at all, so your mason or builder constructs it and we simply coordinate the fire features nearby. A hybrid gas-assist oven lands in the middle: the builder sets the oven, we connect the gas burner that gets it up to temperature fast.

Any of the three can live happily alongside a fireplace or grill — it's mostly a question of layout and fuel load.

Planning the gas around it

If you're adding an oven to a space that already has a grill or fire pit, we can often feed everything from one properly sized outdoor line — as long as your meter or propane tank has the capacity for the combined BTU load. That's the number people forget: stack a grill, a pizza oven, and a fire pit on an undersized line and none of them run right. We size for the whole picture.
