Can I install a gas fireplace in a mobile or manufactured home?
In Canton, yes — with one added priority. A gas fireplace can go in a manufactured home if the unit is mobile-home (HUD) listed, but after the Pigeon River flooding, any existing gas connection needs a careful inspection first. Floodwater and gas don't mix
