How much does it cost to replace a rusted chimney chase cover?
Flat Rock is historic-home country, and most of its 1800s houses have oversized open masonry fireplaces — which means no chase cover at all, just a masonry crown. A chase cover only exists on the newer builds outside the historic core. Where you do have one, the rusted pan is custom sheet metal priced by size, flue openings, and roof pitch.
Historic masonry has no chase cover

Their chimneys are masonry, capped by a mortar or stone crown and lined with aging clay flue tile — when those fail it's a crown or liner repair, not a sheet-metal cover. What the replacement runs on
