Many Backgrounds. One Standard.

What should I do if there's no local dealer for the fireplace brand I want?

Widen the lens before you chase one brand — most premium lines have a near-twin from a brand that does have local support, and local support is what keeps a gas fireplace safe, warrantied, and serviceable for 20 years. We carry eleven strong lines and can match almost any look. If you're in WNC, we are your local dealer.

Don't marry the badge — marry the result

It's easy to get attached to one brand from a magazine or a friend's house, but a fireplace you can't get serviced locally becomes a headache the first time a part fails. What you actually want is the look, the heat, and the reliability — and there's almost always a locally supported brand that delivers the same thing. Chase local support first; the badge second.

Odds are there's a twin you can support

The hearth world has more overlap than people realize. Want a wide linear flame? Napoleon's Vector, Heat & Glo's Cosmo, and Majestic's Meridian all get you there. Want the most convincing wood-fire look in gas? Mendota. Want outage-proof radiant heat with no electronics? Valor. Cold-climate output for a propane cabin? Kozy Heat. We can almost always match the design you fell for with a line we stock and service.

And if you're in WNC

If you're anywhere across Western North Carolina, the 'no local dealer' problem usually solves itself — we carry eleven strong lines and install and service several more, and we're a licensed gas contractor, so we handle the fuel side no showroom-only seller legally can. Bring us the photo you love and we'll find you the real, serviceable version. Call (828) 545-0525 or visit our Asheville showroom.

If you truly must have that one brand

Sometimes only one unit will do, and it's a line no one nearby carries. Two honest cautions before you order it in: first, confirm someone local will install it — in North Carolina the gas line is licensed work, and a unit no dealer will touch can sit in your garage for months. Second, think about the next twenty years of parts and service; an orphan brand means slow parts and few techs who know it. Nine times out of ten a supported near-twin serves you better. We'll tell you honestly which situation you're in — call (828) 545-0525.
