Where can I get replacement parts for a Napoleon fireplace?

Right here in Asheville, genuine Napoleon parts come straight through us: Steady Flame is an authorized Napoleon dealer, and our showroom sits at 629 Emma Rd, minutes from Montford, West Asheville, and Biltmore Village. Call (828) 545-0525 with your model number and we'll match the exact igniter, valve, blower, or PHAZER log set.

Two Ashevilles, two Napoleons

The Napoleon units we service split along the city's housing lines. In Montford and North Asheville they tend to be Oakville-style inserts fitted into original masonry fireboxes, where the blower motor and the ignition module take the beating of a big old flue. Newer South Asheville builds run clean-face Ascent 36s and linear Vector 50s, whose wear items are the remote receiver, the backup-ignition batteries, and the odd scratched glass. Asheville's elevation holds nights in the 20s well into early spring, so a fireplace here logs a long season and those parts earn their eventual retirement. Tell us the neighborhood and the model and we usually know the part before we knock.

The plate that tells us what to bring

Every Napoleon wears a rating plate behind the lower louver or inside the firebox, and the model and serial on it are what separate a B36 Ascent from a Vector. Photograph it when you call. That serial also lets us confirm what's still covered under Napoleon's limited warranty before you pay for anything. We keep the everyday Napoleon parts on the truck, so the number up front usually collapses a repair into one visit instead of diagnose-now, return-later, and you hear the diagnostic price before we lift a tool.

Fuel-side stays with the license

A valve or burner ordered online is not a weekend swap. In North Carolina, connecting and proving a gas component is licensed work, and Steady Flame holds that license with NFI-certified technicians behind it. We won't hand a neighbor DIY gas steps or leave a pilot unproven. And because we're headquartered on Emma Road, you can see the Ascent and Vector running in our showroom before you settle a repair-versus-replace call. Call (828) 545-0525 and we'll get the real part in and tested.
