Many Backgrounds. One Standard.

Steady Flame Fireplaces is an authorized Regency dealer serving Asheville and Western North Carolina, with Regency wood and gas units on display in our showroom at 629 Emma Rd. Regency is sold through dealers, not online, so you'll see it burning and have it installed by a licensed gas and hearth contractor. Call (828) 545-0525.

An authorized dealer, not a reseller

Regency is one of only three brands we're an authorized dealer for — Napoleon and Heat & Glo are the others — which means we're trained on the line and stand behind it for warranty service. Regency doesn't sell direct to consumers or through big online marketplaces; the brand is dealer-only on purpose, because these are serious wood and gas appliances that have to be vented and fueled correctly to be safe and to hold their warranty. That dealer network is a feature, not a hurdle.

What's on the floor in Asheville

Come see the Grandview G600C radiant wood fireplace and the Cascades F1500 wood stove — the units that kept WNC homes warm through Helene — burning in our showroom at 629 Emma Rd. Regency's full catalog runs deeper than what fits on a floor, including gas fireplaces, gas and wood inserts, and the Horizon and City series; if you want something we don't have on display, we can walk you through the options and configure the right unit for your home. No online cart, no sight-unseen gamble. We'd rather you judge the flame with your own eyes.

One company, start to finish

When you get a Regency from us, one licensed company handles the appliance, the chimney or venting, the gas line if it's a gas unit, the county permit — Buncombe, Henderson, Haywood, or Transylvania — and the inspection. That's the difference between a fireplace that's done right and a box you're still trying to get someone to hook up. Visit the showroom or call (828) 545-0525 for a free in-home assessment anywhere across the mountains.
