Many of these rural properties run on LP, and plenty hold a fireplace or a stove from a maker we've never stocked. We diagnose it, gas or wood, and quote before any work starts.
Propane changes the setup, not our ability to service it
Mills River is propane country on its rural large lots, and LP burns hotter per unit than natural gas — it wants different orifices and pressures, and a unit set up wrong will soot. That's true across every brand, and it's the first thing our NFI-certified techs check. The parts that actually fail, though, are universal: thermocouples, thermopiles, igniters, valves, and blowers on the gas side; dampers, firebrick, and liners on the wood side. None are brand-locked.
Outdoor fire features count too
This open valley is made for outdoor living, and we service the outdoor gas fire pits and fireplaces out here the same as the indoor units — regardless of who built them. The LP connection is licensed work
Connecting a propane system — regulator, piping, appliance setup — is licensed work in North Carolina, coordinated with your tank supplier but performed by a licensed gas contractor.
