Many Backgrounds. One Standard.

Are Real Fyre gas logs made in the USA?

Yes. Real Fyre gas logs are made in the USA. R.H. Peterson Co. casts and hand-paints them in California, and that domestic, hand-finished production is a big part of why they look more like real firewood than mass-produced imports. It's also why individual replacement logs and long-term parts support stay available for years after you buy. Call (828) 545-0525.

American-made, by hand

Each Real Fyre log starts as a mold taken off a piece of real split oak, then it's cast in ceramic fiber and hand-painted, one at a time, with bark, char, knots, and grain. That's a different world from an assembly-line import where every log in the box looks stamped from the same tired mold.

The hand work is the whole point. It's what gives a Real Fyre set the depth and variation that reads as genuine burned wood across the room rather than a novelty prop up close.

What USA-made buys you long-term

Domestic production and a decades-old maker mean the support doesn't vanish. Real Fyre backs its logs with a lifetime limited warranty, sells replacement logs by position number so you can swap a single cracked piece, and keeps parts flowing through its dealer network.

Compared to a cheap imported set that's orphaned the moment it's discontinued, that staying power is a real part of the value.

Made here, installed here

We're your local Real Fyre dealer in Asheville, and we handle the part the manufacturer can't: the licensed gas connection. In North Carolina a mason or a furniture store can't legally connect a log set to fuel, so we run and pressure-test the line, permit it, and set the logs correctly.
