Many Backgrounds. One Standard.

Real Fyre gas logs are made by R.H. Peterson Co., a California-based company that has specialized in gas logs for decades and is one of the oldest names in the business. Real Fyre is their flagship indoor hearth line; the same company also builds the American Fyre Designs outdoor collection. It's a dealer-only brand, so you buy it through a hearth shop like us. Call (828) 545-0525.

One company, one focus

R.H. Peterson doesn't build furnaces or a dozen appliance categories. Gas logs and gas fire features are their lane, and Real Fyre is the name they've built it on for generations. The logs are cast and hand-painted in their own facility, which is exactly why the realism is so consistent from set to set.

That kind of longevity matters more than most buyers realize: a maker that's been at this for decades is one whose parts, replacement logs, and warranty support are still around years after you install the set.

Why the maker matters to you

Because Real Fyre is sold through hearth dealers rather than as a house-label big-box product, you get a set that's sized and installed correctly, backed by a real lifetime log warranty, and supported with individual replacement logs identified by position number.

We're a Real Fyre dealer, so you can see the Charred American Oak set lit in our Asheville showroom before you commit.

The install side is still ours

R.H. Peterson makes the logs and burner. Connecting them to fuel is a separate, licensed job. In North Carolina, running or extending a gas line is licensed work, so a showroom or a mason can sell you a beautiful log set but legally can't connect it to gas. We can.

We size the set to your firebox, run and pressure-test the gas line, pull the permit, and meet the inspector. Call (828) 545-0525.
