What the lifetime covers
The lifetime limited warranty is on the logs themselves — the hand-cast ceramic-fiber pieces — against cracking or deterioration under normal use. Real Fyre can offer that because ceramic fiber is genuinely durable, and it's a real point in the brand's favor. A well-treated set can easily outlast the burner sitting under it.
Worth being clear on: it covers manufacturing defects, not damage from the wrong fuel, an oversized set jammed into a small firebox, or physical abuse.
