Are there rebates or change-out programs for replacing an old wood stove?
Not reliably, and not through anything running in Henderson County today. Wood-stove change-out programs are temporary, round-funded efforts from air agencies and clean-burn nonprofits, and Hendersonville isn't inside a standing one right now. Plenty of our retirement-community customers replace an old stove anyway, usually trading it for a quiet, low-maintenance sealed gas unit.
