Not through any standing program out in Leicester. Change-out incentives are temporary and none is active in Buncombe County now. On these large rural properties, fuel and grid independence matter more than a rebate, many homes run propane and wood, some remote lots have limited electrical capacity, so the swap is really about keeping reliable, self-sufficient heat.
