Propane country, done right
The mix of rural large-lot properties and newer developments here leans heavily on propane rather than a gas main. We set the regulator and appliance and coordinate the tank with your supplier — connecting propane is licensed gas work, not a delivery-crew job or a weekend project.
Low elevation, real headroom

The ODS is a tuned pilot flame closing a valve when oxygen falls — no board, no battery — and this valley sits nearly 2,000 feet below the ridge homes where manufacturers start pulling approvals. Size the unit to the room, keep it out of bedrooms, add a carbon-monoxide alarm the ODS doesn't replace, and vent-free is a sound supplemental heater here.
