Does Real Fyre make outdoor gas logs or fire pit burners?
Yes. Real Fyre's maker, R.H. Peterson, produces outdoor-rated gas log sets and fire-pit burner systems, and the same company builds the American Fyre Designs outdoor line. So you can get that realistic log look on a covered patio, or a clean fire-pit burner pan or ring for an open feature. All of it needs an outdoor-rated, licensed gas line, which is our lane. Outdoor logs versus fire-pit burners
These are two different products for two different looks. Outdoor-rated log sets give you the same realistic burned-wood appearance as an indoor Real Fyre set, weatherized for a covered porch or an outdoor fireplace. Fire-pit burners are pans, rings, and burner kits that drop into a pit or table and burn through lava rock or fire glass for a cleaner, more modern flame.
One reads as a campfire, the other as a sleek gas feature. Which suits you depends on the space and the vibe you're after.
Built for cool mountain evenings

Fuel drives some of it: natural gas where the mains reach, propane out in Fairview, Candler, Brevard, and at the cabins. Either way, an outdoor line has to be buried and outdoor-rated, and we run and pressure-test it.
The gas side is licensed work
The burner and logs are the easy part. The fuel is the regulated part: an outdoor gas line is permitted, licensed work in North Carolina, so a hardscaper or landscaper can build a gorgeous surround but legally can't connect it to gas. We do that side, and coordinate with your builder on the stone and counters.
