Near Western Carolina, student and rental housing gets used hard and maintained unevenly, so many Sylva units need service or replacement before they're reliable — worth checking before tenants need heat. Over in Dillsboro, the compact 19th-century cottages carry older masonry chimneys that may want a liner. And the Tuckasegee valley's cold-air drainage and river moisture rust dampers and degrade flue liners faster than you'd expect. We permit the work with your county and meet the inspector, the licensed gas side no showroom can legally do.
