Which fuel is actually at your house
This matters more in Candler than most towns. Newer subdivisions closer to Enka may have natural gas at the street, but many Hominy Valley, Sand Hill, and Pisgah Highway properties are on propane. A quote should say which yours is — a natural-gas line to the firebox, or an LP regulator and propane-rated piping with the tank coordinated through your supplier.
