Where can I get replacement parts for a Napoleon fireplace?

As Swannanoa rebuilds, a lot of homes are getting new Napoleon fireplaces - and both the new units and the survivors get their genuine parts through us at (828) 545-0525. We're an authorized Napoleon dealer, so the igniter, valve, blower, or receiver we bring is factory-matched to your model and installed by our crew. Nothing sells over a counter.

New hearths in rebuilt homes

Storm recovery put a lot of new fireplaces into the Grovemont area, many of them Napoleons chosen for the battery-backup ignition that keeps heat coming when the power doesn't. A year or two in, the parts that ask for attention are that ignition module and its batteries - the very components owners bought the unit for. Keeping them genuine is what keeps the next outage a non-event, and we match them to your exact model. On a fresh install we register the model and serial for you, so a future part call starts with the answer already on file and the warranty status clear.

Older Grovemont masonry, valley damp

The neighborhood's 1940s-to-'60s houses came with original masonry fireboxes, and where owners have added a Napoleon insert, the river-valley fog and cold-air pooling work on the metal - corroding thermocouples and fouling pilots left idle through a damp off-season. The Bee Tree and Owen-area damp is hard on older metal, so on a surviving masonry-insert unit we treat corrosion as a prime suspect. If yours sputters rather than dies, that's usually a small, affordable fix we'll price before we touch it. Rebuilt kitchens and rooms sometimes moved the fireplace's gas run, so on a renovated home we trace the line and confirm the connection along with the failed part.

Reconnecting gas is licensed work

In a rebuild especially, the gas side of a fireplace is licensed work in North Carolina, permitted with Buncombe County and worth doing to code - it protects the home's value and the insurance. Swannanoa is fifteen minutes east of our Emma Road shop, so a rebuild's fireplace gets a quick, code-clean connection. No DIY on the fuel line. Call (828) 545-0525.
