Propane set up to burn clean
Most of Fairview is off the gas mains and on propane, and LP isn't interchangeable with natural gas; it burns hotter and needs its own orifices and pressures, or a Napoleon will soot its glass and logs. As a licensed gas contractor we handle the regulator, piping, and appliance setup and coordinate the tank with your supplier. If you want to keep burning wood, we'll say so honestly and point you to a real wood-burning option; if you're tired of the hauling and the sweeping, a sealed Napoleon gas unit gives you flame at the flip of a switch with none of the buildup. Up the Cane Creek and Garren Creek valleys, where the tree cover is thick, we see the creosote problem most, and we're honest about which homes are better off on a sealed gas unit than fighting a sooty flue every fall.
