Propane country, set up to burn clean
Much of Mills River is off the gas mains and on propane, and LP is not a plug-and-play swap; it burns hotter and needs the right orifices and pressures or a Napoleon will soot instead of shine. As a licensed gas contractor we do the whole propane side: regulator, piping, and appliance setup, with the tank coordinated through your supplier. Indoors, the Ascent 36 comes LP-configured and right-sized for a farmhouse living room. Out toward Horse Shoe and the Banner Farm area the lots get big and rural, which usually means a buried propane line and a tank set well back from the house, all part of the licensed work we plan up front.

Plan these in late spring, before entertaining season, so the line and permit are done before you want to use it.

Only a licensed gas contractor can legally connect your fireplace or fire pit to fuel in North Carolina, so we pull the Henderson County permit, pressure-test the line, and meet the inspector.
