Do fireplace showrooms keep units in stock, or is everything special-ordered?
Fletcher's 1990s subdivisions came with builder-grade boxes, and along the I-26 corridor new construction and commercial spaces are still going up — all of it ordered to the job, not stocked. The fireplaces running on our floor are demonstrators. Your unit is built to your room, on natural gas; everyday lines just arrive faster.
Builder-grade swap or fresh commercial spec
A lot of Fletcher homes are ready to trade a tired 1990s builder-grade fireplace for something that actually anchors the room — a Heat & Glo 6000CLX great-room unit or a linear Napoleon Vector, ordered in the size and clean front you want. The airport-area commercial demand here runs higher than the surrounding residential communities, and those gas fireplaces and outdoor features get ordered to the space and its opening date, not pulled from a warehouse. Whether it's a living room or a lobby, the appliance is fitted to the job — which is why you compare running models first, then order.
Henderson County permit, natural-gas corridor
The I-26 corridor sits on natural-gas mains, so most Fletcher jobs are NG. As a licensed gas contractor we pull the Henderson County permit, connect and pressure-test the line, and meet the inspector — the licensed work a general contractor or an electrician can't legally do here. We're 20 minutes south of Emma Rd, and because the unit is special-ordered, we time it so it's on site before install or opening day. Call (828) 545-0525.
