Campus-easy or rural-propane, ordered either way
Around Mars Hill University, the demand runs toward simple, low-fuss gas fireplaces for rentals and academic-year use — a Napoleon Ascent 36 workhorse, ordered in the right size for the room. Out in the Spring Creek and Gabriels Creek valleys, homes lean on propane or wood, and that's a different order entirely: an LP unit configured for propane's orifice and pressure, or a wood stove or insert sized to the space. This is one of the colder spots we serve, so the appliance has to genuinely heat, not just flicker. A unit stocked for one of these homes would be wrong for the other — which is why they're built to order.
Madison County and the drive north
As a licensed gas contractor we pull the Madison County permit, run and pressure-test the line, and meet the inspector on the gas jobs. We're 30 minutes north of Emma Rd, and because the appliance is special-ordered to your fuel and front, we time it to land before install day so the trip is one visit.
