Where can I get replacement parts for a Regency fireplace or stove?

Right here in Asheville. Our showroom and parts operation sit at 629 Emma Rd in West Asheville, so genuine OEM Regency parts for your insert, stove, or Grandview wood fireplace come straight from our authorized-dealer factory line. We diagnose on site first, because a Regency fault is often one inexpensive part, not a rebuild.

Montford masonry versus South Asheville gas

The parts your Regency needs depend on which Asheville you live in. Montford and North Asheville keep their original masonry fireboxes, so the Regency here is often a wood insert or the Grandview fireplace, which means baffles, firebrick, door gaskets, and ceramic glass that wear from real burning and get replaced on a maintenance rhythm.

Newer South Asheville construction favors clean-face gas Regency units, where the failure points are valves, thermopiles, blowers, and the ignition module. Biltmore Village and Kenilworth blur the line, mixing older brick fireboxes with updated gas hearths, which is why we keep our parts shelf deliberately broad. Same brand, entirely different components.

On the gas mains

Asheville sits on natural-gas mains, so most gas Regency units here are millivolt or IPI ignition. A no-start is more often a pilot clogged over the off-season than a failed valve, and we clean and test before we ever quote a part. We would rather talk you into a cleaning than sell you a control you do not need. Gas work stays licensed too: a mason or furniture showroom legally cannot connect fuel in North Carolina, so the whole job runs through one accountable shop that permits and pressure-tests the line.

Parts on the truck, shop on Emma Rd

Because we are headquartered here, genuine OEM Regency parts come off our authorized-dealer factory line and the common ones ride on the truck, so most Asheville repairs finish the same day. There is a diagnostic fee to pin down the fault, quoted upfront before any work begins. Book at (828) 545-0525, ideally in late summer before you are depending on the heat, and you are welcome to see the Regency Horizon, City, and Grandview series in person at the Emma Rd showroom.
