Where can I get replacement parts for a Regency fireplace or stove?

Flat Rock's historic homes, some dating to the 1800s, carry oversized open masonry fireplaces and aging clay flue liners, and that history shapes our Regency work here. As your authorized dealer we most often fit a genuine Regency insert into those big old fireboxes and source every OEM part from the factory line. We diagnose first.

Big old fireboxes, modern inserts

Those grand 19th-century open hearths look wonderful and heat terribly. An open masonry fireplace can actually run a net heat loss, pulling warm room air straight up a cold clay flue. Dropping a sealed Regency insert into that opening, with a correctly sized liner threaded through the old chimney, fixes the draft and turns a decorative hole into a real heater. It also means the parts that follow are the insert's, whether gaskets and glass or gas ignition components, not the crumbling masonry's. We work carefully around historic surrounds so the character of the room stays intact.

Aging flue liners and the licensed side

Flat Rock's old clay liners are often cracked or undersized, which is exactly why a proper insert install includes a new stainless liner. On the gas mains here, a gas Regency insert is licensed work: a mason can rebuild your chimney beautifully but legally cannot connect the fuel in North Carolina. We permit with Henderson County, meet the inspector, and pressure-test, so one shop stands behind the appliance, the liner, and the gas.

Because so many Flat Rock homes are historic, matching a Regency insert to an oversized old opening takes some care, and we would rather size the right unit than the priciest one. Once it is in, the parts are simple and the manufacturer's warranty plus our workmanship guarantee stand behind it. For a no-heat call in the cold, there is a 24/7 emergency line, and most repairs close in a single visit.

OEM parts, one accountable shop

Genuine OEM Regency parts keep the manufacturer's warranty intact, and one shop owns the appliance, liner, gas, and every part afterward rather than three trades pointing at each other. Thirty minutes south, with common parts on the truck. Call (828) 545-0525.
