Those units depend on a healthy thermopile and pilot assembly, since that's what makes heat when the grid or the wiring is thin, so those are exactly the parts worth keeping in good shape. On the wood side, a Superior WRT box wants firebrick, refractory, and dampers. LP gas units need an orifice and ODS sensor matched to propane — never a natural-gas part, which would soot the unit and waste fuel.
