My house doesn't have natural gas service — can I still get a permanently plumbed fire pit with a dedicated propane tank?
Yes. Swannanoa has natural gas in places, but between the older Grovemont housing and all the post-storm rebuilding, a lot of these projects run on propane — and a permanently plumbed pit off a dedicated tank fits right in. A rebuild is often the ideal moment to plumb it. We run and pressure-test the buried line; your supplier owns the tank.
Rebuilding is the right window
