Propane parts aren't natural-gas parts
Brevard is propane country — the cabins around Connestee Falls and Sherwood Forest and out toward Pisgah Forest run on LP, not a gas main. That matters for parts, because a Heat & Glo like the Cosmo 42 uses LP-specific orifices and valve settings, and a conversion or repair done with the wrong parts soots the glass and starves the flame.
When we bring a valve, orifice, or pilot assembly, it's matched to propane pressures — a natural-gas part dropped into an LP unit is another service call waiting to happen — and keyed to your model and serial.
Rain, damp chases, and corroded hardware
