There's no gas main up here — everything runs on propane. A Heat & Glo on LP uses propane orifices, regulators, and valve settings, and a component meant for natural gas will soot the glass and run poorly. We match every part to your LP setup, sourced OEM by the model and serial off the unit's tag.
On a direct-vent unit the glass is part of the combustion seal, so a cracked front gets the factory ceramic and gasket, not a generic pane.
