LP burns hotter per unit than natural gas and needs the right orifices and pressures, so an appliance built for city gas won't run right without conversion. When we supply the unit, it's set for your fuel from the start and the line is pressure-tested.
That fuel connection is licensed work in North Carolina, which is exactly the part a self-supplied purchase can't cover. We handle it, pull the Henderson County permit, and meet the inspector.

The open valley here is made for outdoor living, and gas fire pits are popular — best planned in late spring before entertaining season. A self-bought fire feature still needs a buried, outdoor-rated gas line run and permitted, which is our lane and no one else's.
