Fairview's wooded lots make wood stoves and inserts steady sellers, and much of the area runs propane rather than a gas main. If you're converting a wood fireplace to gas, that's one of the most satisfying upgrades we do — but the new gas or propane line is licensed work, and we permit and pressure-test every one. A Regency wood stove or a Kozy Heat propane unit both suit these homes.

Install day
On install day we protect floors, run and pressure-test the line, set the appliance and venting, and clean up. Gas jobs usually finish in a day; wood and chimney work take two to three.
