What does the whole process look like from showroom visit to finished installation?
In Mills River the open valley makes outdoor living the draw, so a good share of our work here is gas fire pits and outdoor fireplaces — best planned in late spring before entertaining season. Indoors or out, it's the same path: free assessment, written quote, deposit to order and pull the Henderson County permit, then install.
Outdoor features need the same gas license
A buried, outdoor-rated gas line to a fire pit or outdoor fireplace is licensed work — a hardscaper can build a beautiful surround, but connecting it to fuel is our lane. The assessment maps the run from your tank or meter to where you want the flame; the quote covers the appliance, the gas line, the Henderson permit, and coordination with your builder on any hardscape.
A Napoleon Uptown square gas fire pit is a common LP pick out here.
Propane and large lots
Many Mills River homes sit on big rural lots served by propane rather than a gas main, so we coordinate the tank and regulator with your supplier and spec the LP pressures and orifices. Newer developments may reach natural gas; the assessment settles which you've got. Elevation keeps evenings cool most of the year, so an outdoor fire feature earns its keep well past summer.

From order to install
Once you approve the quote and leave a deposit, we order the appliance and pull the Henderson permit. Lead time depends on model and season — plan a spring pit before summer gatherings. On install day we set and pressure-test everything, the inspector signs off, and we show you how to run it. Manufacturer's warranty plus our workmanship guarantee — (828) 545-0525.
